Payments & Contract of Sale

Payments may be made in the form of a monthly recurring payment plan, an annually recurring monthly payment, or a multi-year recurring payment.

Cancellation of Subscriptions or Orders and Refunds

Unless explicitly stated elsewhere within these Terms & Conditions, You may cancel any subscription or order placed with Us within 14 days of the transaction, and a full refund will be made by us as long as the magazines have not been opened, or the order relates to a personalised item which can not be resold.

Magazines that have been opened will be deemed as read and We will therefore use Our discretion when considering a request for a refund.

We will only refund to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction.

It is not possible to make cancelations or request refunds after 14 days from the date of transaction.

Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We cannot be held liable for gift cards once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen or damaged, or any credit amounts on such cards, no change will be given but the balance can be used against further purchases. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers and unused portions of these expire 12 months after the date of issue. Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers can not be used against purchases of further Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers.

Payments made under the monthly payment plan will not be refunded if you choose to terminate your subscription before the relevant magazine is delivered to you.

Should you decide to end your monthly payment plan within the first 18 months or fail to honour your payments within the first 18 months, than an early termination charge will be payable. The early termination fee is calculated by totalling the remainder of the unmade payments due during the first 18 months of the subscription, and applying a discount of 50% to this figure. We reserve the right to use all legal means to ensure any early termination charge is paid to Us.

Once a subscription is cancelled, no magazines will be shipped and any or all benefits associated with the subscription will cease.

Competitions and Prizes

The rules governing competitions and prizes in the magazines sold on this site are those made by the publishers of the magazines. A full copy of these rules can be obtained by contacting Us by email to info@PuzzlersClub.com or by writing to Puzzlers Club, Unit 3, Bankside, Kidlington, OX5 1JE.

Lotto Puzzles

The Puzzlers Club does NOT sell lottery tickets. The Puzzlers Club is an introducer to LoveMyLotto who are responsible for managing all lottery activity, and should you take out a subscription to Lotto Puzzles your contract for all lottery activity is deemed to be directly with LoveMyLotto NOT with The Puzzlers Club. When subscribing to Lotto Puzzles you will be asked to give permission to The Puzzlers Club to pass your personal details to LoveMyLotto so they can administer the lottery activity. Should your subscription to Lotto Puzzles lapse, LoveMyLotto will withdraw all rights to any benefits including lottery winnings. The Puzzlers Club does not accept any responsibility for any elements of the lottery activity.
